The EASIEST (and most delish) Lemon & Pistachio pasta

Ciao ciao compadres!!!

This is a very simple, very easy pasta I made from my accommodation in Crete. It was the second-last night I had in this beautiful kitchen and I didn’t want to buy more groceries (I couldn’t drag them around), so I used what I had and ended up creating something mind blowing delicious.

I will be making this one for YEARS to come and I just know you’ll be adding it to you repertoire. And I’m sure you already have 99% of the ingredients currently in your cupboard or fridge. The recipe is written for one person so double, triple or quadruple as needed.

You’ll adore it, that I know fo sho.
