Salami Sanga + Salad
I know people love salami, but I don’t think it’s get its due credit in the way that prosciutto does. Granted I cannot say I am a meat expert as a person who eats vego about 73% of the time, but I do love a good solid slap of salami.
Over the past week in Italy I’ve munched on two salami dishes that just hit that spot deep and low in the belly, whilst satisfying the tongue at the same time.
So naturally I must share these two recipes with you and these of course are SO SIMPLE and are not rocket science, but I think it’s nice to be reminded of the simple dishes you can make that have a 100% impact on flavour and are also very easy on the wallet! Because they also use nearly all the same ingredients too, you can make one for lunch and one for dinner.
